A look at our Customer Service!!!

Brice Thomas Radiator can not only build the Radiator that is perfect for you, we can install it too. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with anything you need.

At Brice Thomas Radiator we can custom build you an "All Aluminum" radiator by your drawing or an Original radiator. We will generate a Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) to finalize the finished product for the customer's approval. Once approved, the side plates and tubes will be cut then assembled in the stacking table. Once stacked, the core will be fluxed and put in the furnace for brazing. Once the core has been brazed and inspected, we will stamp the tanks and the brackets. All of the components are then sent to welding with the approved drawing. At welding, the radiator is matched up to the drawing and then TIG welded. Once all the welding is completed, the radiator is sent to testing. There the radiator is capped off and submerged in water and tested for leaks. If it is leak free, the radiator is then dried, inspected and boxed using a foam in place packing to reduce the risk of damage.

This is a 1930-1931 A model Ford that we custom built to the OEM specifications. We took the original radiator that was on the car and made an all aluminum replacement.

Is your Monaco Motor Home running hot? It could be that it is low of antifreeze. We have found that through oxidation and the constant stress of the normal expansion and contraction that happens to the radiator. This will cause the radiator to leak tube to header. The only way to fix the problem is to recore or replace the radiator. Here at Brice Thomas we are able to supply you a new one or recore yours. We offer new radiators with or without a transmission oil cooler. We are the manufacturer of these radiators and they are made in the United States. We use heavy tube and fins in all our radiators. Visit us at http://www.cgj.com/ and see all the aluminum products we have to offer.
